Viber booking bot for a beauty salon

Bookings used to live in the admin’s personal chats: someone writing at 11 p.m. “can I come tomorrow at 3?”, someone double-booking across two messengers, reminders sent by hand between clients in the chair. One missed chat — and a slot stays empty, or two people arrive for the same time. We built a Viber bot that owns booking end to end: the guest picks a service, stylist and slot, leaves a contact — and the booking instantly lands in a mini-CRM with a clear status. The owner gets a notification right away; the client gets an automatic reminder the day before — no paid SMS blasts. Result: the admin no longer keeps the schedule in their head or answers the same questions after the shift. Clients book themselves whenever they want — even at midnight — and the salon owner opens the table in the morning and sees the whole day.
