Quarksoft PRO is an IT partner for small businesses in Novi Sad and across Serbia. We do not build websites for their own sake or sell ads for their own sake — we take the routine of lead intake off your plate and move it into the messenger your customers already open every day.

While local agencies push landings and targeting, we build custom WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram bots for your concrete process: booking, lead intake, order status, answers to frequent questions. The request lands automatically in a mini-CRM or your current CRM, and you get a notification — instead of keeping everything in your head or in chat threads.

A typical development starter package is €300–600. Meta and Viber API costs (on average from about €100 per month) stay a separate transparent line in the contract — that is your fee to the provider, not our hidden markup.

We will also build a website — but only paired with a lead bot, not as yet another standalone “web studio” service. And we add AI as an upgrade on a bot that already works, when it is clear where it will unload your staff — not as a buzzword in a proposal.
