Restaurant Telegram bot: booking, menu, and payment

Friday evenings left the restaurant short-handed on the phones: table bookings, “do you have a spot for eight?”, takeaway orders — everything piled into the same chat at once, and some guests simply stopped waiting for a reply. We built a Telegram bot that owns the routine: guests pick a date and time, book a table, browse the menu, place an order and can pay immediately — no call, no third-party app install. If the question leaves the script, the bot hands the dialogue to a floor operator instead of cutting the guest off. Result: fewer missed bookings at peak hours, guests get an instant reply, and the front desk has a clear list of confirmed tables instead of chaos.
