AI bot for mini excavator rental

Mini excavator rental requests poured into WhatsApp one after another, and almost all started with the same questions: service area, how many shifts, roughly how much. The owner had to answer them by hand — and leads that arrived at night or on weekends simply waited in line, so some customers left for whoever replied faster. We built a bot with an AI layer on top of a normal script: it greets, clarifies equipment and region, gives a ballpark price, captures contact and date — and hands anything unusual to an operator with full chat context, so a human does not restart from zero. We also shipped a light landing as a search entry point — a “landing + bot” bundle for people who find rental via Google. Result: AI now closes the routine dialogue — fast, any time of day, only about equipment rental, no chatting about nothing — and the owner sees every lead in one place instead of scattered chats.
