Your mini-CRM or a third-party one — when to choose which
At the start a table and statuses often beat a heavy CRM nobody uses.
SMBs arrive at CRM after they have lead flow — not before. If you get 5–15 leads a week, a mini-CRM is enough: a table or simple database, statuses, an owner alert from the bot.
Wire a third-party CRM (Bitrix, HubSpot, etc.) when you already have a sales team, roles, and reports. Otherwise you pay for a shelf that gathers dust.
Quarksoft PRO rule: bot → data → notification. Stable intake first. Then integrate a “big” CRM if you truly need it.
